Where Precision Meets Protection:
Crafting Excellence for Your Home
Hamilton Exterior Renovations is an owner-led exterior renovation contractor based in Calgary, Alberta. Founded by Brandon Hamilton, the company installs, replaces and repairs James Hardie fibre cement siding, premium and insulated vinyl siding, asphalt shingle roofing, and windows and doors for homeowners in Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks and Chestermere.
Every installation is specified for Calgary hail, freeze-thaw cycles and Chinook winds, and carries a 10-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer’s product warranty.
Brandon Hamilton has worked in exterior construction in Calgary for more than 20 years. He founded Hamilton Exterior Renovations because homeowners kept telling him the same thing: they wanted the person who quoted the job to be the person on site when it was built.
That is how the company runs. Brandon assesses every home, writes every quote, supervises every installation and does the final inspection himself. There is no sales representative, and no subcontracted crew the homeowner has never met.
“I chose to use my last name for the company because my name is on every job. If an exterior I built doesn’t hold up to a Calgary winter, that’s on me — and I’d rather build it right the first time.”
— Brandon Hamilton, Founder & Owner
Hamilton Exterior Renovations specializes in full exterior renovations — siding, roofing and the windows and doors between them — completed as one weather-tight system.

Calgary is one of the most hail-prone cities in Canada, and its walls take freeze-thaw cycling and Chinook wind loads that most siding is never tested against. We specify for that: James Hardie’s HZ5 cold-climate line and Class 4 impact-rated shingles where the budget allows, and on every job new house wrap, new flashing at every window and door, and new trim. We are not the lowest quote in Calgary and do not try to be; every quote itemizes materials, labour and scope so it can be compared line by line.
Every installation carries a 10-year workmanship warranty in addition to manufacturer warranties, including James Hardie’s 30-year non-prorated substrate warranty and 15-year ColorPlus finish warranty. Owner: Brandon Hamilton. Phone: 587-318-0864. Email: info@hamiltonexteriors.ca. We accept cash, cheque, e-transfer and credit card, with monthly financing available through Financeit.
Every project follows the same five steps: Discovery (site visit and needs assessment), Research & Recommendations (material options with honest trade-offs), Engaging Experience (one point of contact — Brandon — from first call to final walk-through), Accurate Quotes (itemized, fixed-scope pricing from established suppliers) and Meet Your Way (in person or by video call).
Brandon Hamilton founded and owns Hamilton Exterior Renovations. He personally assesses, quotes, supervises and inspects every project.
